Major General (res.) Nati Sharoni, Brigade General (res.) Shlomo Brom and Brigade General (res.) Gadi Zohar, were interviewed by The Jerusalem Post on the report of the Jordan Riff Valley issued by the Council for Peace and Security.
The Council's report analyzes the neccessaty of the Jordan Valley from a security perspective, taking into account the current capabilities of the IDF and changes in strategic threats and national security in the past two decades .
